Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

At Make America Christian Again ("MACA," "we," "our," or "us"), every product is custom made specifically for your order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partners. Because each item is produced individually, we maintain a limited return policy as outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Except as expressly provided in this policy, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer remorse
Change of mind
Color preference
Ordering the wrong item
Accidental purchases
Shipping delays outside of our control
Minor variations in garment placement or manufacturing that do not constitute a defect
Normal wear and tear

Please carefully review your order, sizing information, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Manufacturer Defects or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during manufacturing,
Misprinted,
Defective,
Or materially different from the item ordered,

you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify, you must notify us within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.

Required Documentation

All warranty claims must include:

Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear, high-resolution photographs showing the alleged defect.
Photographs of the entire product, including the front, back, and any affected areas.
Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Inspection and Determination

All claims are subject to review by Make America Christian Again and our manufacturing partner.

We reserve the sole right to determine whether an item contains a manufacturing defect covered under this policy.

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Replace the defective product at no cost to you; or
Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Because all products are custom manufactured after purchase, we do not accept returns of merchandise that is free from manufacturing defects.

Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered by the carrier, Make America Christian Again is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should first contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Make America Christian Again's liability for any approved claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product. Under no circumstances shall Make America Christian Again be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
