SHIPPING POLICY

Make America Christian Again (MACA)

1. Order Processing

All MACA products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported when available through the carrier.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

  • Available shipping options and live rates are shown at checkout

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Standard International: 7–21 business days

    • Express International (when available): 3–7 business days

  • Transit times do not include customs clearance

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • Tracking information is provided by the carrier

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Allow up to 3 business days for potential carrier scan errors


5. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Address changes can only be made before production begins

  • Orders returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping costs


6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

For packages lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period):

  • Contact us and we will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate

  • Replacements or refunds are issued only after confirmation of loss or error

MACA is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” that are lost or stolen after delivery.


7. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Items listed as pre-order or back-order will display estimated ship dates on the product page.

  • Orders containing pre-order items ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated


8. Holidays & Peak Seasons

During high-volume periods (such as Christmas, Easter, or major sales), please allow:

  • Additional processing time

  • Possible carrier delays beyond estimated delivery windows
